Status Effects are abilities, usually inflicted by external means, that affect the unit.

Ability: Bleeding Duration: 2 Turn

Bleeding.png This unit suffers 4 Physical Damage damage at the start of each combat round.
Ability: Blessed Duration: Turn
Type: Passive Subtype: Status Effect
Blessed.png This unit gains +2 Defense, +2 Resistance and +300 Happiness.
Ability: Blinded Duration: 2 Turn
Type: Passive Subtype: Physical Defense Status Effect
Blinded.png This unit cannot target units or objects more than 1 Hex away with ranged abilities, and cannot cast spells.
  • This unit's Threatened Area is reduced to a single hex directly in front of itself
  • When not in defense mod, this unit is always Flanked by enemy units who attack from outside the single hex directly in front of itself.
  • Can be removed with Break Control.png Break Control and Dispel Magic.png Dispel Magic
  • Blinded.png Blinded units with Total Awareness.png Total Awareness only suffer the range handicap, not the flanking handicap.

  • Does not heal or buff Machine.png Machine units
  • The heal can work on the same target multiple times, but the damage boost does not stack.

Cause Fear.png These people are no soldiers, and they are defenseless on the battlefield. Abandoned by those who were to protect them they huddle in terror, awaiting mercy or destruction at the hands of their enemies.
