Isabella van Heldon is a Commonwealth privateer and a Shadowborn member. She was active in the Sapphire Archipelago where she has set up a ship building enterprise to expand the Commonwealth's navy to fuel the conflict. She was secretly planning to take over the Shadowborn organization by blackmailing her fellow conspirators with evidence of their involvement in the conflict between the Elven Court and the Commonwealth.
