Keepers are dedicated to the path of good. They are masters of diplomacy, expert at forming alliances with independent settlements and even those of their enemies. When war becomes inevitable, their magic bolsters their armies giving them strength in the direst of circumstances.

	Target city suffers from -500 Happiness and betrayals are more likely to occur. Also allows betrayals to occur when your racial happiness of the city's race is lower than the owners. Independent, Vassal or Ghoul cities cannot be affected. See Betrayals for more information.

Bolster

Aura of Inspiration

	Target unit owned by the caster gains +2 , +3 damage and Inspiring Aura This provides all units owned by the caster in adjacent hexes with +300 Morale. Undead units also receive the morale boost from this effect. The primary target unit also gains the morale boosting effect.

	Target friendly unit gains Shield of Light. All enemy units gain 20% Weakness Every time this unit is attacked in melee combat, the attacking unit takes 5 Damage and has a chance to be Dazed. Dedicated to Good, Devout, Undead and Ghoul opponents do not suffer the 20% Weakness.
