The following modifiers apply to Race Happiness and are definitive (they do not expire after any number of turns).

-50 | Major Race Happiness penalty caused by severe collateral damage caused by damage done by a spell | |

-20 | Minor Race Happiness penalty caused by severe collateral damage caused by damage done by a spell | |
+30 | Made Independent city of that race a vassal | |
+50 | Released city of that race a vassal | This bonus works only once per city |
